Coach Xilin is the Head Coach of Make Your Move Chess Academy and the 2024 Nassau Chess Club Champion. A recognized National Expert, he began his tournament journey in 2017 and has since built an impressive record, including winning the Chess in the Schools Mark Levine Challenge (2017) and sharing first place at the 6th Ilan Kreitner Memorial (2023).
Beyond his competitive success, Xilin has been dedicated to teaching chess both in-person and online for more than five years. His passion for the game and his experience as both a player and instructor make him an inspiring mentor for students at every level.
