Coach Cory‘s passion for chess began at the age of six, when his father first taught him how to play. He spent his youth participating in various chess groups, eventually serving as president of his high school’s chess club and winning several local tournaments in Nassau County. With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and over 10 years of teaching experience, Cory is thrilled to join the team.
